For-and-against essay
The state of stressful situations is
often thought as a harmful phenomenon. However, specialist are not so
out-and-out about this point of view. They consider that stress is a natural, regular
and expected reaction for the different outside aggravators, being a reason of violation
in the psycho-emotional sphere. There’s hardly any person who is pleasured by
stress but it has both advantages and disadvantages.
The stress has a huge influence for a health. It manifests in diseases and in general conditions such as drinking alcohol; strong headaches; lack of sleep of a chronic nature; diseases of the cardiovascular system; increased heart rate; risk of myocardial infarction; hypertension; working capacity; rapid fatigue; worsening of the digestive tract; often develops hormones that affect on the work of internal organs and of the nervous system; muscular dystrophy; worsening of attention (it becomes difficult for a human to concentrate more and more).
From the point of view of mental health, stress can become a reason of insomnia, irritability, lack of motivation, and emotional instability arise.
On the other hand, stress has also a positive influence: motivating factor to create more energy for taking actions, for getting along with relatives (due to attachment hormone - oxytocin). As a result of stressful situations, a person becomes more enduring.
All things considered, temporary difficulties activate our good temper but the stress of a chronic nature obstacles to the development of intellectual and physical abilities.

Alyona,
ОтветитьУдалитьMy first question is about the resources you have used to write your work: you have not indicated any but clearly the information you have discussed is taken from some sources. In this case you need to acknowledge them as I have explained several times and published the explanation in the blog too. If you don't do it, your work is considered plagiarised. So, let's agree that I will only read and comment on your work after you have added the information about the sources you have used.
